Wireless Heavy Duty Column Lift - 34 tonne The RM434 - the bigger version of the RM-422- is a truly impressive wireless 4 unit set of column lifts powered by industrial rechargeable batteries and a 24 Volt DC motor mated to the hydraulic pump.

The large 7" touch screen LCD display shows the current lifting height, battery charge level, mode selection, communication status and other details in easy to understand graphics and text. Operating the lift is done via large buttons that are easy to use even while wearing gloves, the functions include Raise, Lock, Lower and Slow Lowering. Each column has the same operation controls as well as ports for charging cables.

The maximum lifting height from floor to wheel is 1700mm. It features an advanced synchronization system enabling the lift to rise and lower smoothly, even if the load is uneven for each column. The lift will stop if there is a difference of more than 50mm on any column. Each column has an electrically released mechanical safety lock, and an emergency stop isolator.

Our lifts include a trailer function allowing the lift to operate with an offset to lift trailers quickly without the need for a separate support. If required to lift a trailer to full height we have a kingpin support beam available. With the addition of our portable high 7 tonne stands, you can lower one lift and remove a wheel. Or with a set of 4 stands, remove all 4 columns and raise another vehicle in another workshop bay.

Because this lift is powered by batteries and uses wireless communication, there are no cables or trip hazards, it also means it is completely mobile. For convenience each column includes lifting points for forklifts while also being very easy to manoeuvre by hand with the in-built jack.

The base set of 4 lifts can be expanded by adding further pairs of columns for each axle adding a further 17 tonne of lifting capacity per pair. Grouping is easily achieved via the intuitive software.

All Redmount equipment is CE certified. This lift also carries an IP54 rating meaning the electronics are splash and dust proof.
